Dog Park
A screengrab from a new video asking for donations for a planned Sacramento dog park.

The organization sent out a video clip touting the benefits of the proposed park, and asked for donations. They are asking for nearly $3,000 in the next month.

One of the speakers in the video, Marq Truscott, with Quadringa Landscape Architecture and Planning, Inc., said they are hoping this dog park near 20th and J will be the first of several in the Sacramento area.

He said it would be more than just a patch of grass, it would have water, waste disposal and seating for human visitors of the space.
