WOODLAND-

The teen accused of murdering an elderly couple last year in their Davis home was found guilty Friday.

Daniel Marsh, 17, was found guilty of two counts of first-degree murder for the deadly April 2013 stabbings of Oliver Northup and Claudia Maupin.

Investigators say Northup and Maupin were each stabbed 60 times.

The jury deliberated the case Friday morning.

Marsh’s mental health was called into question by his attorney, who argued that his antidepressant medication caused him to act out.
