Warner Bros. has revealed some of its plans for Hall H at Comic-Con this year.
The studio announced Tuesday that its panel on Saturday, July 26, at 10 a.m. will include The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, Mad Max: Fury Road and Jupiter Ascending.

Director Peter Jackson will take the stage to speak about the final installment in The Hobbit franchise from New Line Cinema and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures. Additionally, director-writer George Miller will also be present to show off the first footage from Mad Max, which stars Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron.
Footage from the Wachowskis’ original sci-fi film, Jupiter Ascending, will also be shown. The film, starring Channing Tatum and Mila Kunis, was originally slated for release in July 2014 but was bumped to Feb. 6, 2015.
Noticeably absent from the announcement was any mention of Warner Bros.’ DC Comics film Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice. The big question is whether or not Warner Bros. will show anything new from the film, which is currently shooting with Zack Snyder at the helm. Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck star in the hotly anticipated project, which won’t hit theaters until May 6, 2016.
Warner Bros. will also host a pre-Con fan screening of New Line Cinema and Village Roadshow Pictures’ upcoming thriller Into the Storm, directed by Steven Quale. The screening will take place on Wednesday, July 23, at 10 p.m. at the Gas Lamp Theatre.

Along with Warner Bros., DC Entertainment will celebrate Batman’s 75th year with all-star panel appearances by Batman talent as well as a rare display of some of the canon’s most famous film costumes in history — those worn by Christian Bale, George Clooney, Val Kilmer and Michael Keaton — on display in the DC Entertainment booth. The character will also appear on the cover of the Con’s official souvenir book and on a Con-exclusive T-shirt designed by DC Entertainment co-publisher and legendary artist Jim Lee.
Lee will also participate in the Batman 75: Legends of the Dark Knight panel discussion with veteran Batman creatives Frank Miller, Grant Morrison, Denny O’Neil, Neal Adams, current series writer Scott Snyder and artist Greg Capullo, as well as DC Entertainment Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns. The panel will take place at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 24.
