With a month left before the release of X-Men: Days of Future Past and the movie’s director suddenly indisposed for reasons that the studio would rather not discuss, Fox has announced something called the X-Men X-Perience, which will take the movie’s stars across the world to promote the feature.
The X-Perience was announced via video, with Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender revealing the plan to “divide and conquer,” withcast members attending premieres of the movie in New York, London, Moscow, Singapore, San Paolo, Beijing and Melbourne in the space of a week.

“Our fans are the best. You’re all so passionate about the characters and the movies — it’s going to be great to be able to share the experience with so many of you,” Jackman said. Beyond Jackman, McAvoy and Fassbender, the actors taking part in the promotional tour are Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Jennifer Lawrence, Peter Dinklage, Fan Bingbing, Omar Sy, Nicholas Hoult and Ellen Page, although it’s not been revealed which actors will be visiting which premieres.
