Two Sacramento men were arrested early Wednesday morning on suspicion of burglarizing a car for audio equipment. 

According to Elk Grove Police reports, officers were dispatched to the 9100 block of West Stockton Boulevard after receiving reports of two suspects casing cars. When officers arrived, they contacted 19-year old Raul Perez and 18-year old Nicolas Castillo, both of whom were sitting inside a truck with both doors open.

Officers observed that the dashboard had been dismantled and stereo components had been removed. The suspects were immediately detained. 

Officers also discovered that the door handle of the truck had been pried open and stereo parts belonging to the truck were in Perez's vehicle. The suspects were arrested and booked nto the county jail and have been rleased on bail.

It's the new economy, stupid.
See--- more jobs; for cops, for thieves, and for fences.
I'm so very thrilled we're realizing greater economic activity in our little burg.
By the way, young men 18-25 are not considered part of the real workforce; and they suffer two to four times (depending upon skin color) greater unemployment than folks 25-59 years old.
