Director David O. Russell has booked Jennifer Lawrence for another of his movies, following their work on 2012's Silver Linings Playbook and last year's American Hustle. During an interview yesterday on Live With Kelly and Michael, she revealed she'd verbally agreed to play the lead in a forthcoming biopic of Miracle Mop and Huggable Hangers inventor Joy Mangano.

In typical kooky J.Law fashion, she said it was a very casual exchange that led to her casting: "[David] recently texted me at I think 4 in the morning, and he was like, 'I think I want to make a movie about the woman who invented the [Miracle] Mop. You want to do it?'" she explained. "I was like, 'Yeah.'" And that was that. Lawrence will likely begin practising for her role by getting drunk and spilling drinks everywhere, then, yes, mopping up after herself.
