Grub Street recently toured the Museum of Sex in New York City with the man most revere as the greatest chef in the world: Ferran Adri. "Forty thousand years ago, when humans were really animals, they only cared about two things — sex and food," Adri said, before getting even more sensual. Some highlights:

"The white truffles. That's a food orgasm. You have the truffles once, twice, three times ... it's just not the same after that, you know what I mean?"

"I haven't been home in Barcelona for fourteen days, so when I get back, the jamón will be like an orgasm for me."

"This, you are supposed to lick," he instructs Adri, the same way elBulli's servers instructed so many diners. "You bend down and lick and lick again. For a guy, it's supposed to be like cunnilingus. For a girl," the manager says, "well, it's obvious."

But the best part of the interview came when the elBulli chef confirmed everyone's suspicions: alcohol is the only real aphrodisiac. There you have it, folks!
