Ambrosia Cafe celebrates a decade in Downtown Sacramento. For Feel Good Friday they serve the FOX40 morning crew their “Napoleon” dish.

Here’s how to make it:

Pastry Cream:
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 TB Flour
2 TB Cornstarch
1/4 TSP Salt
3 Cups Milk
4 Egg Yolks
1 Vanilla Bean Split and Scrape
1/4 Cup Butter

Whisk dry ingredients in pan. Add milk and yolks. Scrape in vanilla bean. Over medium heat whisk until mixture thickens. Add butter and cover and refrigerate.
