MODESTO—
Two bicyclists were hit by a car in Modesto, and 1 was killed in the accident.
The accident occurred on Sylvan Avenue and Keller Street, near Beyer Park. Eastbound Sylvan Ave and northbound Keller St are both blocked off because of the accident. Emergency crews are currently on the scene.
Both of the bicyclists were teens, and the 1 who died was 17-years-old.
The car involved in the accident had both a man and a woman in it, and police are investigating the possibility of a DUI.
