FAIRFIELD-

Fairfield Police are looking for a man they believe is responsible for a string of sexual assaults earlier this month.

On Aug. 2, police say a man made inappropriate comments at a woman along the Linear Trail near Northwood Drive and Lopes Road.

Fifteen minutes later, a man of the same description allegedly attacked a 16-year-old girl who was jogging by. Police say she was able to escape unharmed.
