A second video for Michael Jackson‘s “Love Never Felt So Good” has been released — without Justin Timberlake.
Debuted on Thursday, the alternate video for the first single off of Xscape includes even more archival footage of Jackson’s many music videos, including “Beat It,” “Bad,” “Black or White” and “Smooth Criminal,” among others. All of the old footage is interspersed with frames of a crowd of young dancers who are singing along and attempting the most memorable moves from the videos, dancing atop subway turnstiles for “Bad” and pool tables for “Beat It.”

In the posthumous duet’s video, directed by Rich Lee and Timberlake, the “Not a Bad Thing” singer only appeared among the dancing crowd or in front of the footage, but only faintly. Never were they ever shown actually dancing or singing together in a single shot. That version has received over 26 million views since its mid-May release.
