MEXICO CITY, Mexico-
FOX40 News spoke with California Governor Jerry Brown during his Mexico trip to discuss immigration reform and rumors that he has eyes on another run at the White House.
The governor says there is no clear answer to the immigration issue, and no one person has the solution.
He also wants to build shelters for those here, but he admits to FOX40 he doesn’t have a plan to fund that construction.
And what about a candidacy in 2016?
