SACRAMENTO-
City of Sacramento Water Conservation Inspectors will be out Friday morning to possibly catch ordinance violators.
Patrols will starts at 6 a.m. A homeowner’s first notice will be a written warning. The second notice will come with a $50, and the fine increases with each subsequent notice.
No homes are allowed to irrigate outdoors on Mondays, Thursdays or Fridays.
Properties are allowed only two irrigation days a week. Homes ending in odd numbers water on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and homes ending in even numbers can water on Wednesdays and Sundays.
