USA Network is staging a major Lost reunion.
Former Josh Holloway has landed the lead in the cabler’s Carlton Cuse-produced drama pilot Colony,The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
Colony, created and executive produced by Cuse and Hercules‘ Ryan Condal, is a naturalistic drama about a family forced to make difficult choices as they balance staying together with surviving an existential threat to the human race. Set in the near future, the story takes place in L.A., which exists in a state of occupation by a force of outside intruders. Some collaborate with the authorities and benefit from the new order, while others rebel and suffer the consequences.

Holloway stars as Will Bowman, a former FBI agent who — in a bid to protect his family — is forced to collaborate with the occupational government to bring down the growing resistance movement inside the Los Angeles colony.
The casting comes at the perfect time; this week is the 10-year anniversary of when Lost premiered on ABC.
For Holloway, this marks the actor’s latest TV foray following CBS’ short-lived drama Intelligence, which was his first series regular role following Lost. His recent big-screen credits include Paranoia, Battle of the Year, Sabotage and guest gigs on Community, NCIS and CSI. He’s repped by WME.
The drama hails from Universal Cable Productions and Legendary Television. It becomes Cuse’s fifth project overall, joining Amazon pilot Point of Honor and three series: A&E’s Bates Motel and The Returned reboot as well as FX’s adaptation of The Strain.
