Put on by BaconFest Sacramento, BLT Week features local chefs, restaurants, and their all-natural, quality bacon dishes. Basically, it’s an opportunity to enjoy bacon-filled sandwiches and revel in crispy, crunchy explosions of flavor. What’s not to love about that?
Highlights include a BLT, Bourbon, & Brats party at Block Butcher Bar this Thursday and a BLT demo by Chef Patrick Mulvaney this Saturday at the Midtown Farmers Market.
