ELK GROVE-
The man suspected of shooting and killing a mother of four in an apparent road rage incident this week in Oakland was arrested Wednesday in Elk Grove.
The man was holed up Wednesday afternoon near Springmont Drive and Plume Way. Two area schools were briefly locked down and neighbors were given a shelter-in-place order.
Elk Grove Police said the Oakland Police Department called and asked for help.
