*Madison Bumgarner is available, and Bruce Bochy says he could go 50-60 pitches. But who knows? And the debate today was whether he'd be better off starting instead of Tim Hudson, but who knows?

*One idea for the Royals' side:

If I'm the Royals tonight, I'd ideally go Guthrie 1-3, Davis 4-5, Herrera 6-7, Holland 8-9. Doesn't matter if Guthrie is pitching well.
