Owned by the Bensusan Family, of the world renowned Blue Note Jazz Club, the venue consists of two distinct spaces: The Music Room & Lucille’s Grill The Music Room The 11,000 square foot theatre offers two tiered horseshoe-shaped seating (booths & tables) centered on a 30-foot stage making the largest event seem intimate. State of the art production and audio visual further enhance the experience creating one stop shopping for any event. The atmosphere is enhanced with two 8-foot video screens on either side of the stage. The Music Room can accommodate up to 550 seated or 1000 reception style. Lucille’s Grill This unique 4000 square foot space comes complete with a bi-level bar & its own stage for small performances. It’s the perfect location for any event. Lucille’s can accommodate 150 guests seated or 300 for cocktails. Have more guests? We can do up to 1300 using the entire club. BB King Blues Club will provide all items needed to serve and service the event including but not limited to china, silverware, house glassware, tables, chairs & buffet linens Unless otherwise noted, no special decorations are provided Votive candles will be complimentary on the tables. Flower arrangements, specialty linens & other decor are available for an additional charge. Depending on the total amount of guests and final event needs, rental fees for outside equipment may be assessed. Venue is to provide all set-up, security and clean up staff for event included in the service charge. Venue will provide bathroom attendants at no additional charge. Service Charges are retained by the House and are not distributed to the staff. The client has the option to leave a gratuity for the staff, if client leaves a gratuity, House will not retain any portion of it. Coat/Bag Check: $2.00 per guest Additional Check in Staff/Runners/Set up Support: $150.00 per staff person (2) House Security is included complimentary, additional guards at $350.00 each Overtime: $25.00 per guest per hour based on the guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater. Audio, video and still photography for purposes other than archival are strictly prohibited without express written permission Please note, in accordance with NY State Liquor Law, all beverages must be purchased through BB King Blues Club. We can accept deliveries starting 24 hours before your event. Deliveries sent prior to 24 hours may or may not be accepted. BB King Blues Club must be notified at least three business days in advance of the shipment arrival of any pending shipments as well as number of boxes and timing. Client is responsible for any/all packing up & return shipping. Please note, there is no storage, secure or otherwise. BB King Blues Club does not take responsibility for any advance items sent. All items must be removed immediately following the event, anything that is left at the venue is solely at the discretion of the client with the understanding that BB King Blues Club cannot provide any secure storage.

Confirming your event:  A signed contract and 50% deposit are required to hold a definite date.  Final balance is due (5) business days prior to the event, based on the guaranteed amount.  Billing for additional guests is due at the conclusion of the event. Technical & Production Information:  A minimum of one sound and one light technician is required for the use of house sound or lights.  All sound and light technicians are $350.00 per person per ten hour shift.  Overtime is assessed at $150.00 per man per hour.  All production requirements are to be addressed in advance and approved by the house production manager, at least ten (10) business days prior to the Event Date.  Specs should be sent in writing to Karl Schwarz; production@bbkingblues.com  The fee for any equipment that must be rented shall be passed onto the Client.  For a complete list of our technical capabilities, please see our website at http://www.bbkingblues.com/tech/
