Attention, Jurassic Park obsessives! Director Colin Trevorrow has shared an image from the set of next summer’s continuation of the original dinosaur theme park disaster trilogy, and it features something that fans of the first movie might find a little familiar — and maybe just a little bit of a tease, as well

The photo, which Trevorrow posted on Twitter Monday morning, features the leaf-covered sign pointing towards the East Dock that Dennis Nedry (Wayne Knight) knocked over while trying to escape in Steven Spielberg’s 1993 original. This isn’t the first time the director has shared images from the set of the sequel, which stars Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard; earlier this year, he teased night-time dino hijinks and bleeding veterinarians.
For something knocked over more than two decades earlier, that East Dock signpost has remained in remarkably good condition — but more pressing than the question of sign preservation is the issue of what (if anything) Trevorrow is hinting at by sharing this particular image. Is he merely throwing a visual bone to the hardcore fanbase, or is there something more going on — a hint, perhaps, that the stolen dinosaur embryos that Nedry dropped when he met his dinosaur-assisted fate in the movie are in some way important to Jurassic World?
Answers are unlikely to come before the movie’s release on June 12, 2015. Even so: maybe we should all watch the original Jurassic Park for clues, just in case.
