SACRAMENTO COUNTY-
A person has been hit and killed in the Carmichael area Monday afternoon.
Around 4:30 p.m. a car hit a person near Auburn Boulevard and Madison Avenue.
The driver did not stop at the scene, and is believed to be driving a red Nissan car, according to the California Highway Patrol.
