Actor Will Smith had lunch Monday in Lodi, where he is reportedly preparing for a new roll.
Smith is set to start in a new movie about Dr. Bennet Omalu, of Lodi. He and an unnamed regular ate at Towne House Restaurant.
Omalu is best known for his research on concussions and brain damage in football players.
The film is tentatively called “Game Brain.”
The restaurant, which is part of Wine & Roses, posted a picture of Smith during his visit on its Facebook page.
