SACRAMENTO COUNTY-
A fourth person is facing charges in connection with a deadly shooting outside an Arden Arcade business, and deputies are searching for another suspect.
Back on July 13, 20-year-old Tyrell Hall was shot and killed in a parking lot near Fulton Avenue and Alta Arden Expressway, outside a hookah lounge. Investigators say there was a fight involving several people, when shots were fired, killing Hall.
Surveillance video of the parking lot helped identify many of the suspects and people of interest, including the latest arrest of Frederick Lamont Davis on Thursday. Sacramento County Sheriff’s deputies say they tracked down Davis thanks to tips from the community following media reports showing his photo. Davis was booked into jail for an assault charge related to the July 13 incident.
Deputies are hoping the public will help them find a fifth person in connection with this shooting. He is described as a black man, with shoulder-length dreadlocks and a goatee. In the video he appears to have a tattoo on his left bicep.
Anyone having information regarding the identity of this remaining subject is urged to contact the Sheriff’s Department at (916) 874-5115. Tip information may also be left anonymously at www.sacsheriff.com, by texting 274637 (CRIMES) and entering the keyword ‘SSD’, or by calling (916) 874-TIPS (8477).
