SACRAMENTO-

A woman working at a 911 call center early Monday morning had her own emergency, when a large tree fell on top of her car.

In the overnight hours, the large tree in the Sacramento County courthouse parking lot fell, smashing the woman’s car.

Arborists are checking out the fallen tree, and others in the area to make sure the parking lot will be safe to re-open.

The parking lot is one where potential jurors park when called for jury duty. They are being redirected Monday to other lots.

No one was hurt when the tree fell, and there was no other car nearby at the time.
