STOCKTON-

Stockton Police say a member of a neighborhood watch group helped officers take down an alleged identity theft ring.

Officers came to a home on Rivermont Drive after a neighbor reported seeing people inside a vacant house.

Inside, police say investigators found papers with personal information, identification cards, credit cards and social security information.

Police arrested 29-year-old Amber Collins, 26-year-old Jendy Kham, 35-year-old Xochil Martinez and 29-year-old Hoanh Thach (see their booking photos below).

Officers added that Kham is a known gang member and is on parole.
