Craig Ferguson has a lot of questions for his successor.
James Corden, who takes over for Ferguson as host of CBS’ Late Late Show in March, appeared during Wednesday’s opening segment of Ferguson’s show.

“What do you do for a living, James?” Ferguson wanted to know, to which Corden confessed that he doesn’t do much as of yet.
Ferguson, whose final Late Late Show episode airs Friday, made it clear during their chat that the job hasn’t always been easy on him. “Are you sure you want to do it, James?” Ferguson questioned the Into the Woods star. Corden’s response: “I think it’s too late now, Craig.”
