For the third time in the last five years, the San Francisco Giants are heading to the World Series.
The Giants took Game 5 with a massive, 3-run walkoff homer from firstbaseman Travis Ishikawa. It was the first postseason walkoff home run for the Giants since the 1954 World Series.
The final score was 6-3.
San Francisco will face off against the Kansas City Royals in Game 1 of the World Series on Tuesday. Catch the game on FOX40.
