Are You The One centers around the question: if your perfect match was standing right in front of you, would you even know it? In this ambitious dating experiment, MTV selected 10 single women and 10 single guys and put them through an extensive matchmaking process. All 20 will spend a month together trying to figure out their perfect match. If they do, they’ll split one million dollars, the largest cash prize in MTV history. The season will consist of 10 hourlong episodes, and is executive produced by Howard Schultz, Rob LaPlante and Jeff Spangler of Lighthearted Entertainment.
The Challenge returns for 12 hourlong episodes that place contestants in exotic locations to compete in extreme challenges that test their physical, mental and emotional strength in the hope of winning a cash prize. Created by Bunim/Murray Productions, Jonathan Murray, Gil Goldschein, Scott Freeman and Justin Booth serve as executive producers.
Three ladies from Girl Code — Nessa, Carly and Awkwafina — will host the weekly half-hour late night talk show, Girl Code Live. The 10-epiode season, executive produced by Ryan Ling, will feature celebrity guests, musical artists, fun games and candid girl-talk in front of a live studio audience.
Greatest Party Story Ever, another half-hour weekly show with a 10 episode first season, will showcase the craziest, funniest, most unbelievable stories people by first person accounts and unique styles of animation. Topics will range from debauchery to friendship to celebrity encounters. The concept hails from Four Peaks Media Group, and Ben Nemtin and Jonnie Penn serve as executive producers.
