Modesto Police are investigating a shooting Wednesday morning after a victim was found near 5th and H Street that left one man hurt.
The suspected gunman is still outstanding police said.
Investigators say the actual shooting happened somewhere in Stanislaus County.
It was not immediately clear what condition the victim was in.
