Some Sacramento-area dumpsters have been reincarnated with some pizzazz and flare.
The industrial-sized and out-of-commission dumpsters, are now very artsy, and probably like nothing anyone has ever seen before.
“We want to reintroduce ourselves and show the community how vibrant we are,” says Sally Freedlander with the Power Inn Alliance.
The organization challenged ten local artists to take the dumpsters and do something fun with them, What they got are pretty creative.
The dumpsters will be on display at 3101 Power Inn Road until the end of August, before being placed all over the Power Inn area. Think of them as art, not big, beautiful trash cans.
