The app does not work. The prompt emailed to get you to download the app only takes you back to the web browser. No point in downloading the app when any password reset requests redirect you back to a website rather than the app. Then the password that worked in the web browser doesn't work on the app. All a circle to get you back to the same place you started. Save your time and don't bother downloading the app.

This is my go-to app for sold-out events. You can occasionally find some last minute deals if you check the app the day of the event. Depending on the venue, you may even get to see the view from the seats before you buy, which is a nice bonus. Selling your own tix is also a breeze and you can opt to set a lowered price if the tix haven't sold by a certain date. I've never had any of the problems noted by other reviewers...tix have always been delivered immediately without issue.

Pretty decent UI for finding seats, but for some reason the browser UI is better, showing the location of individual seats. Would much prefer this in the app. Also, fees (typically VERY significant) are NOT INCLUDED UP FRONT which is VERY MISLEADING. They do not tell you your final ticket price until right at the end after you input a credit card.
