STOCKTON-
A man was shot after confronting a burglar inside his Stockton home.
Thursday evening, a couple returned to their home along Pajaro Way to find a man inside holding items in his hands.
The victim tried to confront the suspect, but the suspect pulled out a handgun and fired multiple rounds, hitting the victim once.
Stockton Police say the suspect ran off with two others, and got away in a black, 4-door Audi car.
The victim was treated for a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
