Placer County Sheriff’s deputies say a man was driving recklessly near Twelve Bridges and Joiner Parkway in Lincoln. Investigators say the man, later identified as 21-year-old Justin Roe, was was exceeding the speed limit by at least 30 miles per hour.

When deputies tried to pull Roe over, investigators say he jumped out of his car and hopped the fence into Twelve Bridges Elementary.

A CHP helicopter ultimately spotted Roe, without pants, along Gatehouse Lane in Rocklin.

Roe was booked into jail for resisting arrest.
