ROSEVILLE-

Ultimately, the dream scenario for David and Joyce Henry, owners of the Roseville Meat Company, would be for the 49ers or Raiders to be playing in the Super Bowl. But regardless who is playing, it’s the Sunday they look forward to every year.

“Sales for the Super Bowl are up 20-25 percent over a normal weekend, it would be twice that if the Niners or Raiders were playing,” David Henry said.

When it comes to food accessories, WinCo Foods in Roseville knows exactly what they need to keep in stock.

Spinach dip is their top seller every year during the Super Bowl. They order extra every year and still have a hard time keeping it in stock.

Of course where there is dip, there are always chips.

“This is our Super Bowl,” Eric Thomas, a Frito-Lay delivery man FOX40 caught up with stocking chips inside the WinCo Foods.

“We have the extra chips stocked and ready to go a week and a half before the big game,” he added.

When it comes to the most popular, wings and pizza are always a super go-to food.

Super Bowl viewers will consumed 1.25 billion chicken wings Sunday.
