YuwanMé 纯手工制传统年糕 《啊源》一家制作的传统年糕，已有10余年每年只制作一次。做的是一份良心传统的生意，养活一家人。用最好的原材料，将传统工艺注入到每一道工序之中，百分百的安全和新鲜。

制作过程要求非常用心更耗时费力，从浸泡、醒米、控水打磨、装袋静置、压榨、揉搓、蒸粉等...都保留了好年糕应该拥有的一切。刚做好的年糕色泽如玉，更能闻到香喷喷年糕米香，咬下去口感糯软，非常诱人。

想要让年糕保存时间更久？请用保鲜膜包好再放入冰箱冷藏，能与空气隔绝这样能防止年糕表皮裂开。 要是保鲜的好基本上都能放上6个月是没问题的。你可将变硬了的年糕要吃的时候拿出来切片，即蒸软吃或加入椰丝和少许盐拌更口感十足! 传统吃法陪搭番薯夹芋头少油煎制，外酥里嫩的软绵绵的年糕，非常好吃。
