SACRAMENTO — A local food supplier is voluntarily recalling several products of the protein drink Muscle Milk for the “potential for premature product spoilage,” the FDA announced.
HP Hood is recalling certain code dates on Muscle Milk from it’s Sacramento after identifying a possible packaging defect that could result in spoilage during transport and handling.
There have been no confirmed reports of illness or injuries, but the company says consumers should not drink ingest any product with bloated packaging or ones with a bad odor or taste.
