Woodstock: Cool Pictures Of The 1969 Festival By Iconic Rock Photographer Baron Wolman

The daddy of the modern music festival, Woodstock was held on a dairy farm in Bethel, New York from August 15-18, 1969. With sets from Jimi Hendrix, The Who, Janis Joplin, Grateful Dead, Sly and The Family Stone and every other cool dude from the 1960s with straggly hair, it sounds like the best time ever. Annoyingly, seeing as time travel has not yet been invented, there’s no way that you, dear reader, will ever be able to attend. But London’s Proud Camden gallery can offer the next best thing to being on the farm: a new exhibition of atmospheric shots from the festival, taken by Baron Wolman.
