I ordered flowers for mothers day, four days in advance, as I am an only child this was quite important to my mother, I phoned 2 days later when they didn't arrive, I was told that I'm not entitled to a refund as they do not guarantee a delivery date, which I had payed an extra ยฃ5.99 for, I asked for a manager call back because the girl on the phone could not make the decision to give a refund, which I have not received. Flowers turned up later in the afternoon but didn't look anything like the picture, the picture on the left is what was actually received and the one on the right is what was advertised. I was totally disappointed and will never be using this company again, I will advise anyone I communicate with to do the same.

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

Monetary Loss: $41.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

EFlorist Cons: Not the same as what was ordered, Poor service, Company are thieves.
