I never thought I would see a photo of this plane just a few hours before it perished! RIP to all those aboard MH17!

Why is "RC" written at the front of the plane even though this is 9M-MRD ? It's rather odd.

I'm really quite curious of this aircraft tag. If you see at the front side of the aircraft, the front plate writes RC code, instead of RD! Something fishy is really going on during this tragedy! :O

There's the proof! "RD" on the nose gear was torn, thus appears to look like "RC" and therefore aroused suspicion when Cor Pan took that photo of it

That eerie feeling when you see this deparure and think about people on board who are just happy and relaxed. Some of them are doing their work, some are anticipating arriving home, some enjoying their long-waited trip that has finally started. And nobody of them knows what horror they are going to come through at their final moments. Better not to imagine...
I've been a passenger so many times but now I will always remember MH17 at every departure. This outrageous crash once again proves that our life is so fragile, and unfortunately people killing other innocent people in such a cruel way is getting normal in our world.
I hope very much that nonhumans who are responsible for those poor 298 souls will some time bear all the weight of retrubition.

Perhaps the "RD" and "RC" on this bird are failed attempts at changing "RO"???

The "RC" is actually "RD" with part of the D faded away. So it vaguely resembles a C now. I noticed this when I walked on the ramp underneath the aircraft on that fateful day.

Probably one of the saddest photos on Anet. Nobody would have thought that this majestic beast would be killed mercilessly only hours later.
