Guanare es una pequeña ciudad entre dos ríos, que es atravesada por innumerables quebradas y riachuelos, y aun así el servicio de agua potable es totalmente ineficiente, la mayoría del pueblo sufre continuos cortes del servicio, y la gente tiene que ir directamente a las bombas que extraen agua del suelo para abastecerse.

Guanare is a small town between two rivers, which is crossed by numerous creeks and streams, and yet the water service is totally inefficient, most people suffer continuous service outages, and people have to go directly to the pumps that extract water from the soil to stock up.
