Los Angeles based electronic producer Matthew McQueen aka Matthewdavid has recorded for various labels, including Brainfeeder, dublab, Sun Ark and Plug Research. McQueen co-founded the Leaving label in 2008 with Jesselissa Moretti, releasing music by the likes of Odd Nosdam, Ras G, High Wolf, Deantoni Parks, Knxwledge and Samiyam. The new album by Matthewdavid’s Mindflight, Trust The Guide And Glide, is released by Leaving on 25 March.

For his exclusive Wire mix, McQueen presents a decade-spanning selection of soothing new age sounds, ranging from 1980’s “Nada” by Petr Michael Hamel to 2016’s “Stream And Crystal” by Leaving signing SunPath.
