ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – Was there a UFO above the Gateway Arch early Tuesday morning?

One Illinois man cannot explain what he saw, but has the video to prove it was there and showed Fox 2 News reporter Patrick Clark the unbelievable footage.

It’s a flashing light that’s leaving a lot of unanswered questions for Chase Rhoads.

The independent cleaning consultant was outside the Casino Queen between 2:30 a.m. and 3 a.m. Tuesday when he shot video of something above the Gateway Arch.

And it appears no one has any answers.

A spokesperson for the National Park Service said they didn’t have any reports of strange flights and no one had seen anything that morning.

A call to Scott Air Force Base found nothing out of the ordinary to report as well and no concerned phone calls.

For now, Rhoads remains perplexed at what he saw and welcomes anyone who might have seen the same unidentified flashing object.

Rhoads said he’ll keep looking to the skies and keep his camera phone ready for any flashing lights.
