Netflix performance on Reliance Jio?

my fast.com speeds do not cross 500kbps and most of the times it is 128 kbps. Complain to CC did not work much. Though speedtest.net gives 18mbps. Tower is 100 metres away and can be seen from the window

They have either started throttling or messed up routing.

lovely thing is that you cannot even use an indian VPN to get better routing. they probably have blocked them too.

I'm using Netflix on jio for last four months. It has been streaming HD all this time. Never had a problem.

I used to get 3-4 Mbps on fast.com a month ago but since around a week ago speeds have been shit.

Cant use torrents, twitch, netflix..

I can hardly watch a youtube video, forget netflix.

Just checked FAST.com, I got 160kbps once and 300kbps second time.

What kind of 4G Internet is this? I fail to understand.
