Money Keeps Rolling Into Ly's Elk Grove Mayoral Campaign Coffers

September 21, 2016 |

As the American Express advertisement says, membership has its privileges. For Elk Grove Mayoral aspirant Steve Ly, yes membership on the Elk Grove City Council has made him the most financially privileged candidate running for Elk Grove Mayor.

In the last three days, Ly, who is one of seven candidates vying to replace Gary Davis as the city's directly elected Mayor, raised another $11,000 from just three contributors. With the exception of candidate Kevin Spease, Ly raised more in the last three days that the total of all five other opponents combined.

Ly's most recent payments include the following:
  • Chrysanthy T. Demos Investments, AKT Investments - $5,000
  • California Associations of Real Estate - $5,000
  • Team Transport - $1,000
As reported earlier this week, Ly raised $42,300 between August 26 and September 13.
