Solar in Your Community Challenge Benefits Local

Governments and Nonprofits
Faith and community leaders, such as members of our Blessed Tomorrow and Path to Positive Communities networks, have an opportunity to benefit from the Department of Energy’s efforts to expand solar power in the United States. The DOE has launched a $5 million competition that makes it easier for organizations who may not qualify for tax credits to go solar. A $500,000 Grand Prize will be awarded to the team creating the most innovative, scalable model. Applications are due March 17. Learn more about how the competition works and apply today
