Thank you for your interest in this study. This study purpose is to evaluate the feasibility of a weight maintenance diet. If you qualify, you will be randomized into one of two diets. The duration of the study is approximately 14 weeks. If you are interested in participating, please complete the following surveys.

Before you come in to learn more about the study, it would be helpful to see if you are likely to qualify to be in the study. In order to do this, we would like to ask you some eligibility questions, which will include questions about your demographics, gender, height, weight, and medical history. It should take about 10 minutes to go through these questions. Some of the questions may make you uncomfortable; you do not have to answer any questions that you would not like to answer, but without answers to these questions, you will not be eligible to participate in the study.

All of your responses will be held on the secure RedCap database. If you do not qualify for this study, your collected information will immediately be deleted. If you do qualify, a study coordinator will contact you to schedule a screening visit. We are also required to give you the number of COMIRB, the Ethics Board that oversees our research: it is (303) 724-1055, in case you have any questions or concerns for them.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the PI on the study, Dr. Tanya Halliday by email (tanya.halliday@ucdenver.edu) or phone (303-724-9083).

By continuing to the survey, you are consenting to participate in the prescreening of this study.

Please note, there are three parts to this survey. You must complete all three to be eligible:

1. Participant Info Survey

2. Prescreening Survey

3. Availability
