How about extract zip and using sin2img?? and flashing it through fastboot mode

I downloaded it here in the UK in about 10 mins.

I can open it with WinRAR and see the contents. I have an unlocked BL on my Arc S (I'm currently running the ICS beta) but I don't know what to do with the files.

I see:

Tried with Flashtool 0.6.8.0 and got error too:

Use Bundle in Flashtool. I will do it but i am not at home

Hmm, unyaffs give error when try to extract system.img:
