Topping the night in adults 18-49 and total viewers, NBC’s Sunday Night Football saw a slight lift from last week’s showing from the Panthers and the Saints. Fast National returns give the game a 6.0 rating in the key demo, up six-tenths of a point from last week’s preliminary figures. Ahead of adjustments, NBC is averaging a 4.9 rating with adults 18-49 and 13.8 million viewers for the night.

With a strong lead-in from NFL overrun (6.0 adults), Fox’s animation lineup saw growth across much of the two-hour block. Starting with a steady Simpsons (3.0 adults), Bob’s Burgers (2.1 adults) improved half of a point — while Family Guy (2.6 adults) and American Dad (2.1 adults) both grew by four-tenths from their last originals. Fox averaged a 3.3 rating with adults 18-49 and 8.5 million viewers.
CBS’s own NFL overrun prompted a 27-minute delay for much of the East Coast, leaving its returns subject to adjustment. As it stands, 60 Minutes (2.2 adults) lost much of last week’s football-inflated score (3.9 adults). The Amazing Race (2.1 adults) matched its recent episode but clocked in a low for a finale. The Mentalist (1.7 adults) also was steady with its latest showing, giving CBS a 2.0 adults rating and 9.9 million viewers for the night.
ABC saw early lifts with America’s Funniest Home Videos (1.5 adults) and Once Upon a Time (2.2 adults), each growing three-tenths of a point from last week. Revenge (1.5 adults) held steady, while Betrayal (0.8 adults) dropped two-tenths. ABC pulled a 1.5 rating with adults 18-49 and 5.7 million viewers for the night.
