“In a fast-moving and constantly changing industry, Vubiquity has long distinguished itself as a leader in the areas of technology, strategy and marketing,” Antonellis said in a statement. “And with a greater number of content and service providers looking for leadership as multiplatform viewing becomes the norm, we have an opportunity to bring increased value to our customer base as we extend our market position. I look forward to working with the Vubiquity team to capitalize on these market forces and consumer trends. All of our efforts will continue to be explicitly focused in support of our clients’ strategic goals, which ultimately drive consumer media and entertainment consumption.”
Vubiquity’s board chairman Phil Herget added: “Darcy brings to Vubiquity a proven record of identifying opportunities and driving growth by leveraging the disruptive nature of technology. As a visionary leader with deep understanding of the media industry, she is a great choice to lead Vubiquity into its next stage of growth, to meet the needs of our customers, employees and investors.”
