Elk Grove Man Arrested on Suspicion of Possessing, Distributing Child Porn

An Elk Grove man was arrested Friday afternoon by the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department on suspicion of possessing and distributing child pornography.

According to the Sheriff's Department, The Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force received information that 25-year old Huberto Lozano was trading files of child pornography with other people via the internet and email. A state search warrant was served at the suspect's residence on the 5100 block of Dipper Drive in Elk Grove. 

Detectives discovered that Lozano had recently moved and were able to locate him at his worksite in Granite Bay, where he was taken into custody. Lozano was booked into the county jail on three felony counts of receipt and distribution of child pornography resulting from the investigation. He is being held without the possibility of bail.
