UPS says packages may not make it in time for Christmas Day due to a higher than normal demand and severe weather conditions.

“It is that time of the year and you do get busy,” UPS Natomas store manager Ruby Kaur said. “I think we saw a lot more people out there happily ready to do shipping.”

While UPS does not typically deliver on Christmas Day, owners at the Natomas store say this year they are making an exception.
